Job Vacancy: Business Developer (Pay with Transfer) at PalmPay – Benin City

PalmPay Limited, a rapidly growing Africa-focused fintech company, is seeking motivated and result-oriented Business Developers to join its Pay with Transfer (PWT) team in Benin City. This is a performance-driven role focused on expanding merchant adoption of PWT and supporting transaction growth through merchant engagement.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and onboard quality merchants and agents for PalmPay’s PWT services

• Deploy PWT materials (e.g., posters) at merchant locations

• Train merchants on using and benefiting from the PWT service

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants and agents

• Track performance and report progress toward sales targets

 Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SSCE

• Proven experience in sales or business development

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Goal-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with the Edo State market and local merchants is a plus

 Benefits and Compensation:

• ₦70,000 basic monthly salary

• ₦20,000 transport allowance

• Performance-based commission up to ₦100,000
