PalmPay Limited, a rapidly growing Africa-focused fintech company, is seeking motivated and result-oriented Business Developers to join its Pay with Transfer (PWT) team in Benin City. This is a performance-driven role focused on expanding merchant adoption of PWT and supporting transaction growth through merchant engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and onboard quality merchants and agents for PalmPay’s PWT services

Deploy PWT materials (e.g., posters) at merchant locations

Train merchants on using and benefiting from the PWT service

Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants and agents

Track performance and report progress toward sales targets
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: SSCE
-
Proven experience in sales or business development
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Goal-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities
-
Familiarity with the Edo State market and local merchants is a plus
Benefits and Compensation:

₦70,000 basic monthly salary

₦20,000 transport allowance

Performance-based commission up to ₦100,000
