Congratulatory Message to Honorable Osamwonyi Evbaguehita Atu on His Well-Deserved Position as the Deputy Speaker of Edo State
I, Honorable Richard Osaro Edosa, heartily and sincerely congratulate my brother and colleague in the Edo State Legislative Chamber on his well-deserved elevation to the position of Deputy Speaker, Honorable Osamwonyi Evbaguehita Atu, the member representing the good people of Orhionmwon East Constituency.
He is a jolly good fellow and a lawmaker par excellence. It came as no surprise that there were no objections to the motion raised for him to become the Deputy Speaker.
