Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, has appointed Hon. Charity Amayaenvbo as the Commissioner for Youth Affairs, following the recent restructuring of the state’s ministries.
The appointment, announced by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor, forms part of the Governor’s ongoing efforts to strengthen governance and ensure effective service delivery under the SHINE Agenda.
Hon. Amayaenvbo is expected to drive policies and programmes that promote youth empowerment, skills development, and entrepreneurship across Edo State.
Governor Okpebholo described the restructuring as a strategic move to realign Edo’s administrative structure with the Federal Government’s framework and enhance coordination in key sectors.
Her appointment has been welcomed by youth groups across the state, who expressed confidence in her capacity to represent their interests and deliver meaningful results.
