Musician Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2face or 2Baba, made an unannounced appearance during the plenary session of the Edo State House of Assembly on Monday, causing an unforeseen incident, according to reports.
This dramatic event occurs amid rumors that he had an affair with Natasha Osawaru, a member of the Assembly, following his divorce from Annie Idibia. The delight of the audience as the singer arrived at the Assembly complex was captured in a video that went viral on social media on Monday.
As fans and bystanders flocked around 2Baba in the video, hoping to catch a peek of the music star, he was seen sitting among other people and trying to stay out of sight.
The commentator in the video could be heard saying, “Guys, 2face just entered the Edo State House Assembly and has caused commotion everywhere. 2face is in the Edo State House of Assembly right now.”
Following 2face’s divorce announcement in January, a social media blogger, alleged that Osawaru was his new lover.
However, Osawaru reportedly denied the allegations through her spokesperson, Eseosa Okundia, dismissing the rumours as “false and baseless.”
The statement was described as “fallacy at its peak,” asking the public to disregard the speculation.
