UNIBEN has Introduced New Academic Programmes for 2025/2026 Session.
The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has announced the introduction of several new academic programmes, following the successful resource verification exercise conducted by the National Universities Commission (NUC).
According to a statement signed by Professor Joseph Osemwenkhae, Director of Academic Planning, the approval paves the way for the University to admit students into these newly accredited programmes beginning from the 2025/2026 academic session.
The approved programmes span technology, health sciences, social sciences, and the creative industries — reflecting UNIBEN’s commitment to expanding its academic portfolio and aligning with global educational trends.
