Moses Aduku, the head coach of Edo Queens, has stated that the team is prepared for the second stanza of the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) season.
The Benin City team is currently undefeated in the NWFL this season, and Edo Queens recently added five new players to their roster for the second half of the league.
Aduku expressed optimism about a successful title defense.
“For me, I think we are ready for the challenge,” Aduku mentioned.
“There’s no easy game, this is the last stage, every team is aiming for the best.
“Edo Queens is a fantastic team, we are happy that we have been able to bring in more experienced legs to amplified the efforts of the other ones for a positive result at the end.”
