Dr. Nelson Tenebe, the chairman of the Edo State Hospital Management Agency, and Hon. Ahmed Musah, the executive director of the Edo State Flood, Erosion, and Watershed Management Agency (EDOFEWMA), received a courtesy call from the Afemai Civil Servants Forum in Edo State.

The purpose of the visit, which was conducted separately at each office on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, was to express solidarity with and congratulations to the Afemai sons on their appointments to the administration of Governor Monday Okpebholo.

J. I. Adamu and Alhaji Suleman Abbas spoke on behalf of the forum, stating that the group would want to congratulate and identify with Hon. Musah and Dr. Tenebe. Separately, they clarified that the forum is made up of Edo State civil personnel from Etsako, Akoko Edo, and other Afemai regions.

Hon. Musah responded by welcoming the conference and stressing its value in encouraging collaboration and support among Afemai state servants. He recognized the importance of the forum’s establishment, claiming that during his prior tenure in the Adams Oshiomhole administration, there was no such collaborative effort.

Reiterating his dedication to serve the people of Edo State, Hon. Musah urged the forum participants to contact him if they needed any assistance. Dr. Tenebe repeated Hon. Musah’s remarks, highlighting his commitment to serving the public and the divine nature of his appointment. He stated that he would be happy to help anyone in need as well as Afemai people.

The visit included Afemai civil servants from various ministries, departments, and agencies including the Auditor General’s Office, Ministry of Communications and Orientation, Edo State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Accountant General’s Office, and Ministry of Agriculture, among others etc.
